Here is a reminder of the roles available:
President
(Overseeing all operations)
Vice President
(Assisting the President and filling in where needed across roles)
Events Manager
(Coming up with ideas for and planning MCSA's trips, mixers and other events)
Marketing Manager
(Managing MCSA's social media accounts and general promotion)
Communications Manager
(Creating newsletters and communicating with external contacts)
Treasurer/Secretary
(Managing purchases, budget information and meeting minutes)
This is an election process and applicants are required to attend the MCSA Annual General Meeting on June 1st (1-2pm) in MSB4.02.
The 2022/2023 board will be decided at the AGM. You can attend this AGM even if you are not applying for the board and a free sushi lunch will also be provided.
All applicants will be invited to give a short speech (1-2mins) at the AGM introducing yourself, explaining why you have applied to be on the board and why you think you deserve the role(s) you have applied for. This is not necessary but will increase your chances of being elected.
Applicants wishing to be considered for the President/Vice-President roles are required to say something.
