The Management Communication Students’ Association (MCSA) was established in 2008 to help prepare Management, Communication, Public Relations, and other business students at the University of Waikato for entry into the workforce.
Through MCSA, students are given opportunities to network with industry professionals, learn from the experience of experts and grasp a deeper understanding about the industry they will enter after (or before) graduation.
MCSA provides opportunities for students to participate in extracurricular volunteer, mentorship and other activities that enrich their learning experience and increase their employment prospects. MCSA has the potential to guide career opportunities, being overall beneficial to all participants.
